Conditions for provision of agency outside Iraq

1-The applicant for general agency should present his resume stating any past experience in the field of his business, burned on a CD. Supported with photos for his office.

2-The applicant should be fully eligible for working as a general agent within the region to be assigned to, in order to fulfill the interests the economic and marketing company. Moreover, he must have a good business reputation three.

3-The applicant shall provide full information about the founders & stockholders including the company`s articles of incorporation the commercial registration of the company within the working area of agent.

4-The applicant will present a documents that verify his financial from one of main banks in his area with mouthy, yearly and final account invoice, for last year as well as present declaration in his properties from official authorized authority.

5-The applicant should present financial security amount two hundred fifty thousand (250000) USA dollars according to the quantity of working area or presents bank guarantee in the amount mentioned above from authorized bank by central bank of Iraq.

6-The applicant will undertake to setting up on private office belongs to Iraq airways in assigned location that airline companies existed in, this office should located at ground floor and proper to Iraqi airway fame this office will furnished, computerize, and supply with required equipment to for selling the ticket, and reservation as well by according to international standers that implement by the professional local staff who assigned by the applicant.

7-Accounts with the general agent will be settled on monthly basis.

8-Before starting work by a suitable period, an advertising campaign must be launched in the interest of company.

9-The Iraqi embassy within the working area is to be contacted for advice and getting information about the status of general agent with the Iraqi government.

10-The applicant company must be duly certified and approved by the international air transport association (IATA).

11-The general sales agent shall be informed the Iraqi airway when he wants to assign sub agents in his area.

12- The preferred applicant who has an experience at least two years in   travelling and tourism field.

13-The applicant under takes to implement all managerial and techniques that authorized, if not Iraqi airways will terminate the agreement after warning letter through thirty (30) days.

14-The GSA (General Sale Agent) shall provide the staff in (Iraqi station and office) in its area by official uniform that indicate to Iraq airways co.
